Fan clutch install? Need instructions

I am moving and my service manual is deeply buried in some box.

Does anyone have instructions for the install of a new fan clutch? I pray that this will solve my overheating problem. . . it should since I only overheat at idle or very slow off road speeds.

Any help greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

32mm wrench, left-handed thread. Turn the big nut that holds the clutch to the nose of the water pump. Send me the old one, so I can try and cross-reference other possiblities for the future.

Thanks Hans. . .

I remember someone talking a long time ago about how difficult it is to remove it because one needs a very narrow wrence.

Am I correct that bicycle shops sell a 32mm hub wrench that will slip in there easily?

I'd be happy to send you my old one if you really want it. . ..

I just took mine off two weeks ago. It was a pain in the butt. I actually use a large cresant wrench for the fan nut that was able to clear the pulley and fan shroud. I would recommend getting a heavy duty strap wrench (sears $20.00) remove the crank shaft belt and wrap the wrench where the belt goes. I also had to use two cheater bars to extend the handle. good luck
