Factory Workshop manuals

Anyone have a source for them Plus any updates.
Paper or CD is fine

i do a lot of my own work and on my Axis cars (porsche) i do all the easy stuff and most of the non-lift required hard stuff.

looking for something more than the bentley books (but i'll get those too)

thx....

Sounds like you have two nice P-cars. Post pics of the porsches and I will help you with the inevitable D90 questions.

I had two 965's. The lightweights are very cool. A friend ran one @ the Rolex 24 hrs of Daytona in 93 (back when it was the old IMSA).

Again, in the US (well... for the NAS Trucks? Not sure about ROW trucks), there is no workshop manual for the pre-1997 D90s on that web site.

They have RAVE and MicroCat for free download. The RAVE downloads are excellent, although I don't know if they cover NAS.

Has anyone ever gotten the RAVE manual to work? I downloaded it once and burned it but never got it to run.

I also bought the Defender CD-ROM manual collection but I didn't even get this one to work.

Has anyone else had problems with the Defender CD-ROM or the RAVE one?

for the workshop manuals on CD (not downloaded)
yeah i had to back date 1 system to xp (from 7) and use an old version of adobe reader. it won't work on vistsa or any of the new reader versions.
i'm using reader 7.0 on this PC.

I bought a paper copy of the factory service manual years ago from rovers north. It has been invaluable.

I have XP and installed Adobe Reader 7 and 4 but it's still not working. Very annoying. Wish I would have bought the books instead now.

I had it running with Adobe 6. Try deleting version 7 and let it install version 4.
