Extra Parts To Have On Hand for Trails

Aside from fluids, wondering what the key trail parts are that one should have on hand for a weekend or longer trail trip. Not going to do any black trails initially, just blues and greens. Any advice would be great. Thanks...

Thanks Bill. Just can't seem to find any labeled that way. Recall any thread names I could search?

A few to start with, the keyword to use is 'spares' You've got a good starting point by laying out anticipated wheeling to match against requirements. Then you have to compare the tools/spares to the space avail in the truck (or capable of being hauled to the event and left at base camp)...

What a fine balancing act it all is...the motto I'd rather have and not need than to need and not have is certainly applicable!

Ahh, that's the ticket. Thanks Ray. Clearly I'm a terrible searcher.

I used to carry dozens of tools and a bunch of parts. Only ever used duct tape, cardboard and a trash bag, loaned a spare to a RRC with none, One of those tire sealers to another, and jump cables to charge the battery of a third with a dead alternator.
