Exmoor trim inward facing jump seat trim glue?

I received my Exmoor Trim inward facing jump seat trim yesterday....which looks to be good quality and I am pleased.

I noticed that the seat backs simply slip over the old and velcro at the bottom seem.

My question...

Would anyone recommend using seat glue to hold it to the cusion? Seems like it would shape the cusion a little better and not bump out in the middle. (where the seats have a slight concave middle)

I noticed the original trim was not glued and the foam has a plastic covering.

Exmoor has a video of the main seat but didnt see one of the jump seats.
