exmod lt77 and lt230 fluids

I've been searching but lots of conflicting info so I thought I'd ask here. I have a 1987 exmod 110 with the 2.5na and stock drivetrain. Looking for proper fluids for this combo, the big book says atf in the transmission and 90w in the TC. But some people calling for redline mtl, others saying use only synthetic atf in the lt77 as it has a weak impeller / pump.....

What works well and is relatively easy to find?

Redline MTL in the gearbox.

Any 80W90 or 75W90 gear oil in the transfer case.

I used Pennzoil Synthetic Syncromesh MTL for the transmission and I immediately noticed smoother shifts

Honda MTF works great for me. Get it from NAPA for $6-7 a quart.

Really... Any 75W80 or 70W80 manual transmission fluid will work fine or really probably any 0W30 motor oil. Of things that are available in North America, the MTL has the best low temperature viscosity, which is helpful for extreme cold use.
