Exhaust replacement

It was definitely time for a new exhaust on the RRC and a stainless Magnaflow is waiting to go in. The old system came off easily enough though I had to cut the studs at the flange on the y pipe. What's the best way to get the studs out of the flange?

Years ago on mine, I drilled the studs out and used SS bolts to replace the studs. That way if one seizes and snaps, is easier the second time around.
