Engine Decoding Help

I have an 86 110 that was an original Diesel but was upgraded to a new rover diesel before I purchased Can anyone tell me based on the engine number the type of Turbo Diesel?

Exhaust will depend of the conversion was done as per a factory truck or not. Many conversions do things differently.

Thanks for the quick responses. Based on the condition of the tail pipe it has to be the original section and it mates up to muffler. I just saw on ebay 200tdi and 300tdi tail pipe sections and was not sure what the difference was
