Elite wiring diagram
Anyone have a wiring diagram for a 2001 110 with Elite AC?
Working on a local NATO officers 110 and no it is not for sale...
It has an Elite AC unit that stopped working.
The harness plugs in and then disappears in the vehicle loom.
Under the passengers seat is a relay that cycles the compressor on and off.
Now for the unusual thing, the 85 spade on the relay is a white wire with a single red stripe (not 2 red striped like for the starter engagement).
I believe this wire supplies negative current because 86 and 30 are always (+).
The controls are all electronic and are inside the one piece leaky ass ductwork/evaporator housing.
We installed a temporary switch to turn the compressor on and off and sure enough there is cold air blowing, but the compressor will not cycle.
I am almost to the point of installing an aftermarket capilery sensing tube switch and use it to cycle the compressor, but would really like to understand what is actually wrong and fix it.
Any specific help beyond shots in the dark appreciated.
