Electrical/lights question

Hi guys, here is what i have. I have a 94 ST. When I flip the headlights on, or parking lights, the two amber lights next to the passenger headlight do not come on, nor does the two sidemarkers on the passenger side or the taillight. Now, if I press the brake, they all illuminate. If I hit the right turn signal, the rear amber signal works. Also, I noticed when I hit the brake pedal, the headlight (not the high beam) indicator on the dash illuminates? Any thoughts?

Thanks
