Electrical Help Needed

I picked up the 90 from the soda blaster and it wouldn't start. We push started it and drove it home.
What's Working:
Horn
Defrost blower
Headlights and Front Markers
Flashers
Glow plug indicator (Not sure if the glow plugs are heating)
Shut off valve

Whats Not Working:
Starter
Turn signals
Brake lights
Rear fog lamps

Any guesses before I start tearing things apart.

Starter - separate circuit from everything else but look at the ground circuit

Lights - probably grounding issues
if they blasted inside there could be problems with the rear ground connections
also check the bulbs as static buildup and vibration can finish off bulbs that are on the brink of failure due to age
lastly look at fuses and wiring to see if anything came loose

Blew out the ignition switch and the relay and it starts up fine. Still no brake lights or turn indicators. I tested the switch on the top of the master cylinder for voltage. Zero on either side, shouldn't one of the sides have 12v?
