Electric window fuse?

I have a 1997 Japan spec Defender 90 that came with electric windows. The passenger window won't operate and feels like switch is broke. I took switches out of dash and tried it with working driver window and it didn't work. So then I tried good switch with bad passenger window and there was a spark., now neither window will work and the driver window that was working fine is stuck halfway down. Is there a fuse for the windows? Did the switch blow somehow? I also cannot locate a replacement switch anywhere. Anyway to get the window back up ?
Thanks

Sounds like you have a short somewhere.. You can take the door panel off and put 12v directly to the window motor to get it back up

Thanks. I'll check out taking the door panel off. Is there a fuse that might have blown. The drivers side never had a problem until I connected the bad switch.

If you are getting sparks you have a short. If the fuse (I'm assuming there is one but can't say) was blown you should be getting no power to the switch so no spark.

I'm not getting sparks now. Only got one when I wiggled connector plug into switch. Now I get absolutely nothing. So I think I blew a fuse, but have no idea where the fuse is.

Post a picture of the switch, maybe we can ID it for you.
