Electric fan

I know there's tread about this but, this is for a specific fan... A friend of mine gave me the remaining of is burned down P38. A twin electric fan for the A/C. Is it powerful enough for a 200tdi water radiator? At the moment I have an old Kenlowe single "airplane propeller". Being honest it is not even wired anymore as the engine never gets warm enough to move the needle to half the temp gauge. But if it ever does is that P38 twin electric fan for A/C be up for the job?
