EFI harness plug

I was cleaning out from under the seat and replacing the ECU, on my Classic there was a blue plug with nothing attached to it. I am not sure what it is for was wondering if anyone here could identify it. Also is photo two the tune resistor? In photo three some plastic plug wrapped in electrical tape to the EFi harness? What does the test book plug into?

the blue plug in picture one is where the tune resistor would be if your rig had one. US spec RRC did not. The photo two is the voltage resistor for the coil signal to the ECU (6.8 V I think).

Interesting, I always thought that the tune resistor was spliced into the EFI harness. Ive not found all these plugs in my D-90's wiring.

There is no external tune resistor in these trucks. It is the basic tuning and to change it for other markets such as Saudi or Euro non cat (the 2 that I use for performance conversions) you add in a tune select resistor.

The Voltage resistor on the 90 is in the harness up by the MAF between it and the coil.
