In my experience having gone through this exercise I would suggest focusing on: 1. Engine noise (especially if you have a diesel). 2. Transmission noise. 3. Road/tire noise. I didn't do bulk head but toe box and seat box had the most dramatic effect. Dynamat on the roof had the least effect. If you live in cold climates I would also recommend some heat insulation like tin foil bubble wrap (I can find out brand). I would stay away from cheaper Dynamat imitations simply because they are very hard to remove. I bough a roofing material just like Dynamat except it is extremely sticky and a nightmare to remove.
