Drive shafts appear to be wrong after conversion

I have converted from a 200tdi with an lt77 to a 300tdi with an R380 and trying to get everything back together here it appears the drive shafts are no longer correct because of the new location of the output for the transfer case. Does anyone have any info on if this was supposed to happen and the solution? Thanks any help is appreciated. I didnt find anything in the search

Sounds like a trip to the driveshaft shop is in order. I had both shafts properly sized and all new joints for about 350

NAS D90 shafts are the same length as stock 300tdi D90 shafts. I am sure someone has a set of stockers laying around you can buy on the cheap.

I have a similar situation. My truck has been converted to 300tdi (defender spec) with a r380 from who knows what engine and transmission (unknown). Both drive shafts need replacing.
Would probably prefer stock over aftermarket (cost reasons), but I've had problems getting correct fitting parts in the past . Punching in a VIN number from my truck to determine correct drive shafts will probably yield incorrect part numbers due to the swap.

Can anyone confirm the size of the NAS spec front and rear drive shafts (if in fact NAS driveshafts will work with 300tdi trucks) before I go ordering them from a vendor?

Measurements taken from my truck:

Front drive shaft (flange to flange): 24 7/8"
Rear drive shaft (flange to flange): 28 1/8"

Any help would be appreciated.

I know that 300tdi defender shafts are the same length as V8 5 speed with the LT85 santana box.

Are your engine mounts in the manufacture's original location? What rear axle do you have? (if you are looking at the rear shaft too) The 300 with the R380 is the same front shaft as any D1 or NAS 90.
