Drive shaft flanges

Hi,Just a simple question that a answer cannot be found.
Can a Defender flange be swaped over to a D2 driveshaft?
I'd like to avoid buying the flange kit if possible
thanks

You are fitting a DII shaft to a D90? You need to swap the output flange on the transfer case to a DII one. The flanges on the shaft are not interchangeable.

I think I have one in the attic. Why order from Tom woods? Why not get a used one off a DII case and a new seal?

I have a used DII flange and a new seal I can sell you so you don't have to travel. No PN on the seal.
