Drive flange bolts

Where can I source the black finished metric 12.9 drive flange bolts? I remember some mention of bolts with a plastic section near the base for this, sort of a nyloc bolt. Did those ever become available and from where?

I ordered 2 for the 110 from RN a while back. They were shouldered & had some red locktight on the threads.. They told me they were updated..sent them back!

I had a heck of a time finding any M10x1.5x45mm .. i think that's the spec ... locally. Ended up buying a bag of 100 from Fastenal for less than 20 would have cost at the TruValue.

Too bad you're not closer, but look up your local Fastenal, they may have better quantities.
