Door Hinge Screw Stuck

So I went to replace the screws on my D90 ST that hold the door hinges to the body of the truck and I was able to get one screw out but when I went to put the new one in it wouldn't go. I finally got the old one back in but now it keeps spinning and I can't get it out. Any ideas?

I appreciate the help.

The clip that holds them in broke. Basically you have to drill out the heads and replace everything. Reinstall with anti-seize over everything.

No John, you will be fine. It is only the bulkhead side screws (and b-pillar on 109/110) that have the issue. The door side have normal nuts on the other side.

Here's a pic if you've never removed one, bottom 2 pics. The clips are only on the bulkhead side:

This might be a loaded question but how difficult is this to fix?

That issue is on this months land rover monthly. Go buy it will give you a run down in the technical section when replacing a front door.

Cheers
