Door hinge question

I have hinge missing a screw and fastened by a bolt. There is nothing in the missing screw hole to screw into. Door sags a bit. What is the solution to this? Cheers

Correct, the female portion in the bulkhead. J-clip? Is that the land rover term or general hardware term?

aka "Clip On Nut"

The shape you want is a "J-style Clip-On Nut".

Ok, I know what u mean. I have never seen the bulkhead side without a hinge mounded. I was reluctant to unscrew the bolt not knowing how it was fastened - "rigged"
