Door assembly help needed

Hey guys I bought some old 110 doors about a year ago and dissasembled them for paint. I have since sourced all the new parts window tracks etc to put them back togather.
These are the roll up window type with door handle in the pocket like a Series. Any help on expoded diagram or just what the best way to start so I DON'T MESS ANY of these expensive parts up.

I am test fitting things now before I drill any hole for tracks etc.

Thanks Guys

Ed

Nice pile...

I'll be in Anchorage in a couple weeks if you still need help.

Maybe check the Haynes manual for diagram? I only have push-button doors in the shop at the moment or I'd peel one open and send you pictures.

Thanks Brian

Look me up when you get into town. I have a set of push buttons on my 110 if I get to that point. I hope like hell I have these done in a few weeks.

I am wondering how tight I should shim up the tracks? can they be to tight or to loose.

Thanks guys.
