The pictures don't really show the real problem areas. It looks like it doesn't have much rust, but its really hard to tell without seeing the problem areas such as the rear cross member, bulkhead, and doors. One swivel ball is starting to leak and the other one probably isn't far behind.

Based on those pictures alone it looks too good. How is the bulkhead, frame rails, crossmember? Miles? Location?

Looks like it's landed hard on the rear crossmember.
Some overspray on wiring so it's had some tweaking. May have been power washed

And you could tell that from those pictures?? lol

Leaky balls don't matter much unless you want to use it to haggle them with.
Maybe still has oil in the swivels(instead of one-shot).

Panhard rod and drag link are set up for a RHD configuration, and the black valve cover with visible injector plug is a pretty solid giveaway for a 4.0 GEMS V8. Unless someone converted an NAS truck to RHD it's almost certainly a 50th AE.

In the pictures it looks solid, though as others have mentioned, the problem areas aren't well documented. The front half of these trucks are almost always preserved since they're covered in oil. The gusset on the rear crossmember is in good shape, and they normally crumble to bits when the rest of the crossmember is bad, so that's a promising sign. I'd want to see more before I could comfortably make a decision.
