X2 on Ron's post. Locking the T-Case and pulling the front shaft will get you by until you can change the tires for ones that match in size. If you don't you run the risk of shearing the cross pin in the T-Case diff as its not designed to handle that much F&R speed difference for extended periods.

Remember you will have a rear wheel drive only truck only in this set up until you correct the tire issue.

Yep, that'll work. If it were me I'd still be dropping the transfer box oil to check for filings. That oil's done quite a bit of work, fresh EP90 won't hurt.
