Defender G4 Rack and ladder

I am currently in the market for a Defender G4 Roof rack and ladder combo as seen in this picture (bit.ly/OiIVxx). It appears to be a safety devices rack, but I cannot find it anywhere. There are variations on the ladder, but I would like to purchase the one depicted, but sites like John Craddock only sell a newer shortened ladder.

I am looking in the states as well as the UK, so if you have any suggestions, please let me know.

I've seen notes that it won't fit a vehicle with a roll cage

When I've fixed everything on my list ... I'm getting a wolf custom rack for a roof tent and an adjustable platform that extends forwards over the hood with a ladder to the front bumper.

My truck is conspiring against me by making the fix list grow faster that I can get round to stuff.
