decent valve spring compresor tool ?

Wondering if anyone has fond a decent valve spring compressor tool . All the cheep ones from Harbor Fright etc ., just don't work,. Like to get a reasonably priced one , that works with the heads still on the block.

I bought an ilse (sic) one from sears that worked fine. I bought it 10 years ago.
