Dead again

Over the last year I have been plagued with electrical problems.. To make a long story short all kinds of parts replaced, three shops have looked at it many times and many $$$$ and It still runs like shit, I still seem to stall out at the worst times.... I should buy a tow truck

I don't think I can handle paying for a 2.8 at this time ... anyone know of any decent used 300tdi's out there.

Other than the chevy 350, any other creative transplants out there?

Thanks
Tom

If you weren't in an area that required emissions inspection, I would suggest just tossing a carburetor on top and being done with it.

What's wrong with it now anyways?

Tom,
We should get together sometime--I can take a look at it and give it a fresh pair of eyes over a beer or two if you want. I have a fairly good idea of things to check and we can always use my truck as a guineepig.

Thanks Chris, I will take you up on that some time...I would love to have a fresh set of eyes and ears on this thing. you are in sedalia? Right now it is dead in my work parkinglot, a great joke for all my co-workers watching me try to push it off the road into the lot once again. I will get it running and maybe we can meet up.

I would like to hear more about the e-spark, where you bought it from.

thanks

Tom
