Dash help 94 D90 NAS

Anyone have their dash apart? I need advice. I'll mail beer for the favor (or coffee gift card).

This corner of this part is chipped off. I want to rebuild it. Need someone to trace theirs on a piece of paper.

You have it all apart, go with an aluminum cowl. It will be worth it.
Search and see the install thread I put together

If you don't want the sweet alloy one from Safari, I just took a perfect 2007 part off my truck. It's the same part, I just quoted the year to indicate it's not 25 years old and brittle.

Ok I'm sold on the Safari cowl. Can't find it online so I'll call them soon. Some posts mentioned out of stock for now.

That said, I'll be giving away a "rebuilt" brittle original with a missing corner. I'll post once the Safari one comes in.

Thanks all!!!
