I'm running polybushes that came with the truck. They limit articulation a bit but the ride is ok. Are you running stock trailing arms? Are you using Genuine rubber bushings?

Go to a wrecking yard and pull some bushings off an old Disco, new manufactured bushings are crap. I have gotten the good ones from RN in the past.
Bad bushings = Sandy smooth finish on the rubber. Good bushings = almost alligator skin texture.
