D90 won't start

Well, I was able to repair my pitman arm and reinstalled the steering box and got everything connected, but when I went to start it, it wouldn't start. I have replaced the coil, distributor cap, gapped the plugs and changed the fuel filter. While it was sitting waiting for me to reinstall the steering box, it was sitting in a heated garage. I cannot for the life of me figure out what is going on. All fuses are good and I have checked the connections under the passenger seat.
I don't think that I disturbed anything electrical. Can any one give me advice or something. Thanks so much.

If you have spark I would shoot a shot of Quickstart (Starter Fluid) into the air intake and try to crank it. Some times that is all it takes. Good luck.....
