D90 starts then stops

I've got a 1995 D90 ST. The other day I took it out and it started just fine. When I parked it and turned it off, I decided to move the truck up a few inches. I went to start it and it would start then quickly die, almost like it wasn't getting enough fuel. After letting the truck sit for about 1.5 hours, I went back and tried again. It did the same thing but on about the fourth try, I started and ran fine. About a week before this, the truck wouldn't start at all. It was on a battery tender and cranked just fine but wouldn't start. I don't know if that's relevant to this.

Has anything like this happened to anyone here before? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I searched the threads and found some stuff but nothing like this situation.

Thanks again,

Charles
