Looks like a great-market defender from the UK that somebody snuck in, probably registered using an old Series II or III serial number. Doesn't have the NAS roll cage either.

Yeah, guy at work lives there and passes it when he takes his kids to school. I've been wanting to go by, haven't had the chance yet.
Where in Central Va are you?

I am actually in Staunton and know most of the local Rovers, so when I heard there was a 90 in town I went to see what year. As you may already know, there are a few 2000+ D110 tdi's in VA titled as "antiques" running around, so I was curious to see what year this 90 might be. I may swing by there again and take a better look...

In Staunton!?!
I live in Charlottesville and work in Harrisonburg. We have to meet for a beer one evening (or better yet go wheeling).
I've seen a few on the roads, last one was a UVa student that built a 2001.

Hopefully , we'll be doing a GWNF trail ride sometime soon after winter officially arrives(hopefully snow) so you'll have to come out for that!

well, ummm, clutch MC (I think, but I carry a bottle of fluid, so it's okay for now), no tailpipe (no biggie), dead inspection (it's not gonna pass so why waste the money right?, etc.
You know, the normal Rover stuff. I'd still wheel her a bit, but nothing too crazy. GWNF has a few places I wouldn't want to get too into (I'm still scared of water after some stuff I did in my previous vehicle) and that water changes so much up there depending on what Harrisonburg is doing. Second Mountain is fun, but I think I'll wait till after hunting season.
Let me know when you go though, if I'm around I'll be there.
