cutting the wiper rack?

After modifying the wiper setup from RHD to LHD(per Dougs writup) I have all this extra sticking out the end.

My question is how far after the second wiper shaft do I cut it off.

The last tube second is about 2" long.

Or you could move the wheel box to the outer position, and clock it 180 and have opposing wipers like series trucks do, rather than parallel wipers.
