cruise control?

Is there a kit or retro fit for a 95 D? I am considering installing one since I can't stop driving it everywhere...

I once used a brick to lay on top of the gas pedal, but that was in a VW bus on my way to a dead show.

I had a bus driver use the same method on an old dbl decker. We get on the autobahn, brick on the pedal, feet up on the wheel, lean back and roll a smoke.

Found this in the archive area:

See if you can locate the June '03 issue of Land Rover Monthly. There is an article starting on page 100 about installing the Vehvac cruise control system (made by an American company called Rostra); supposedly it can be installed on any model of Rover.

Can use brick or "choke" cable but in either case one must remember to tun it off to slow down!

Troy,
That woudl be great. Just let me know if you find it and what you need for it.

My size 13 boot works pretty good as a brick but I am lazy.
