Crossbar Measurement Please for SD

I need the height measurement of a Safety Devices OEM Crossbar.

From the base of the bar "not including the clamp":


top of the bar or basket mounting bracket "not including the 1 inch spacer"

Please see pic.

I make these and according to the jig I made it is 5.75" from the bottom of the bracket to the top of the mount.
