crash book

Anyone here have a Cost Estimating guide for a Land Rover Defender 110. I can find them for the D90's but have had no luck finding anything in North America for our D110. A D110 European edition would work as well.

Trying to haggle an insurance repair estimate.
Thanks

Parts or Labor?

Either way. If you want to email me a list of part descriptions and what needs to be done, I can fax you an estimate. If that's helpful.

I have to negotiate with adjusters all the time. It's amazing we shell out all this cash every month for insurance and when it comes time to use it, they want to stiff you.

Thanks for the offer. I have a list of parts and prices at this point. But some referance material for a D110 to justify the labor times is really what I need. All the computer systems try to estimate for a RRC when you enter the D110 VIN #. I can look at a D90 crash book and figure times but it leaves them confused at how I arrived at them.

I may have to source something from Overseas.
