Crankshaft Pulley Removal

I am trying to swap out the crankshaft pulleys on a 3.5 V8. I have the pulley/dampener assembly pulled but I can not separate the pulley from the dampener. From all the diagrams I have seen these should be separate parts. I have tryed tapping a wedge between them, but they wont budge. I notice that there is a pin that passes through the assembly adjacent to one of the bolt holes. Does this need to be drilled out to remove the pulley? Thanks again for any help guys.

So the answer is, yes. They come apart, no drilling was required. Four wedges and a good amount of whacking is all that was needed. Answer courtesy of Loco George.
