Question Cranks but won't Start! Please help!

Hello all, I've combed through the posts before writing this thread and although there are similarities in some, my case has a few variables that have not been mentioned. First off I have a 2006 defender 110 Td5. I couple of weeks ago my wife tried to start the truck and it was dead, upon push starting it it did indeed start however she had no power, it would drive but couldn't get the truck to get up our hill. What I have done so far:
Replaced the battery
Changed Oil and Both filters
Changed the fuel filter
Replaced the fuel injector harness (including new rocker gasket)
Replaced the camshaft oil seal (it was leaking oil)
Cleaned out the air filter
Cleaned the maf sensor
Cleaned the map sensor
Removed and cleaned all air pipes
Checked the grounds
Checked the red plug to the ecu (dry, no oil)
Checked all fuses
After doing all the above it started up but drove poorly, had no power and misfired and died. I haven't been able to start it since. While it was started I noticed a very small but constant stream of clear/white smoke coming from behind the back end of the rocker cover (did not smell like oil)
When I try to start now it cranks but doesn't start. The battery light and the oil light stay on. I hear a click from the fuel pump relay every time the key is turned, but don't here the pump kicking on. Also, I rechecked the fuel filter after installation and after the test ride and there wasn't any fuel in it. Any input is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Sounds like a broken timing belt/chain or a snapped aux belt. Just based on the symptoms you describe; timing issues are pretty catastrophic. No td5 experience stateside
