Cost of a '83 110?

Can't seem to get a straight answer out of the importers yet, but....

What should I expect to pay for a decent 5 door '83 110? If you have one, what did you pay if you don't mind sharing? Looking for a 200Tdi, maybe 3.5L, as little rust as possible (I know, a long shot).

How long is a piece of string?

Its hard to see how you can get a decent one and get it over here for less than 10-12k. Sure, the exchange rate is great right now, but its still very tricky to source a nice truck. If I was buying, ended up with a decent original truck, and had change left over from 15k, I'd be thrilled. I think the brown one that ECR is selling in the 17k range is a good deal. I've seen it and it is exactly what you'd expect for a 25 year old vehicle that was treated well.

Ping me offline and I can talk you through it, though in a nutshell: you get what you pay for.
