Cooling system issue???

Installed a new engine and recored rad into a customers NAS 110......filled cooling sys and no wafter about 1.5hr of running and driving will not overheat but also will not build pressure.....even temp all around cooling sys at 188 but no pressure and no overheating!?

what gives?

im lost i feel like something is wrong.......Thoughts?

Have you checked the expansion tank cap?

Also, the tank is known to crack at the seam...

Not on a NAS 110 with a metal tank, only the black plastic ones do that.

Dunno about the metal... But I had 2 white ones crack on two different vehicles.

I guess my point is that on a NAS 110 there is a metal tank and no way in would ever crack like the plastic ones.

new cap and also cooling sys was filled using vacuum held vac for 15 min so no leaks......still im stumped
