Connectors for lights as used on later Defenders

Installing LED lights on an 87 Defender. The LED lights come with the connectors for later model Defenders. Before cutting those of and modify the lights to the old style I would like to see if I can get the matching male connector.
The parts manual of the later Defenders doesn't help. Anybody an idea ?
There are many people who installed the LED on older cars, or is everybody going back to the old connectors ?
