Colour Identification

Ok so I thought I had nailed down the colour for my Defender restore, then I noticed the cover of this magazine in a coffee shop the other day... now I'm waffling

Does anyone know what colour this is? Is it actually kind of turquoise blue or is that a filter they have added to tint a normal LR blue to make it look turquoise?

Any help would be appreciated.

Will
