Clutch Reservoir Cap

I have a 1993 NAS Defender 110.
The clutch reservoir is in an awkward location. I am having a difficult time grasping the cap.
Any tips for removing the cap?
Does the cap unscrew or pull off?

it unscrews. if it is really stuck just remove the hood to get better access. I used chanell locks to get it going.

Channel Locks worked. Just needed a little more force.
There was a bit of gunk around the lip of the reservoir, which wiped off easily. The fluid level was fine and the rubber gasket on the inside of the cap was fine.
Thanks for the tip Read.
