You can't believe my rage level. I gave my mechanic the attached image and yet he just decided to remove the free play entirely.

Noticed in my truck the brake lines run right over the clutch box. Doesn't that make it beyond annoying to adjust free play?

Did this last night. But yes. I also have some other cable in there which I moved out of the way. You can probably bend the brake lines back under the wing a little more without consequence.

Also helps immensely if you spend 2 minutes and make one of these:

Out of my fucking mind.

Take kick panel off in the truck. Open hood, remove six screws to clutch cover. Try to get my fat fingers in there to loosen the two nuts. Cant do it. Call Lavender. Complain. Use a dremel to cut a wrench in half. Still barely can get in there. Finally loosen the nyloc nut some how. More rage. Call the shop that fucked with clutch. "Oh we didn't open the cover, we just screwed with the pedal height adjustment screw.

Brain explodes.

I readjsut pedal height based on manual. Tighten nylon washer. Need to drive without my kick panel and see if the clicking is gone.

If so I might have to return all the bushings and crap I bought at RN.
