clutch alignment tool

Ive read on there that a mitsu one will work. Any more specifics on this? I want to go buy one before i delve into my engine swap

The universal KD or Lisle ones work fine. I can't remember if I use the metric or SAE one.

I bought one from RN and it was too small for 3.9 V8. I ended up taking a socket extension and wound masking tape on two points until it was the right outer diameter at the tip and the splined point and used that. Worked fine.

63 fits, same as all Rover based engines from Series 2 on.

2.25P, 2.25D. 2.5D, 2.5TD, 200TDI, 300TDI all have the same clutch pattern.
