It has the little black box on passenger side footwell up against fender. To right of AC. It's hidden behind a plastic panel next to the door.

I have had the CEL come on for an O2 sensor before and just cleaned all the gunk out of vacuum and air intake system, that fixed the issue. O2 sensors just catch the brunt of everything that could possibly be wrong upstream.

So just to be clear what side is left and right? Left= drivers?
I was wondering if it's opposite to that because the UK drivers is the other side...?
Or am i thinking about this too much lol.

in the UK we use the terms near-side and off-side ( not just in football ( soccer))

So near side would be the side of the car nearest the curb, which in a right hand drive car is the left hand side.

The near-side and off-Side swap when you consider LHD and RHD cars ....

What you need to ask is ... is the Left side when facing the truck of facing the direction the truck is facing???

Hope that helps!! ;-)

Um kind of cryptic, lol.
Left or right would have been easier and then convert, but like you mentioned orientation to the engine bay is what the concern is. So still unanswered? Unless a code manual in the UK states near or far side with regards to the lambda sensors...
