Check Engine Code 45

I was finally able to find the box that displays check engine codes when the check engine light comes on. It is displaying 45 which my source says means "Lambia senor B - right bank". So, in practical terms, what does this mean? Do I have to run to the mechanic today on my lunch hour and get it fixed or can I wait until next week?

It's the O2 sensor. Clear the code and see if it comes back before worrying about it. To clear the code, disconnect the ECU, turn the key to the run position for a few seconds, then reconnect the ECU. You will get a 02 code at first start which says you disconnected the ECU.
