Check Engine

I have been having ongoing electrical issues that were resolved after finding a bad connection at the starter motor signal wire and repairing. The battery on the truck battery died completely and had to be replaced. Now the truck runs but cannot get inspected due to a bunch of random error codes.

Also, just noticed that when I turn the key the check engine light does not come on prior to starting it. I guess could be a bulb issue but does anything else ring a bell of how to reset the system? I've tried driving it some distance but still doesn't reset.
