Cheap cubby

So I'm basically a tightwad. Has anyone ever used a britpart or bearmach cubby?

The OEM NAS cubby is a bunch of ply wood pieces nailed/glued together with some vinyl glued on top of it. Pretty sure you could make one very quickly that would look just as good.... I can't think that the britpart/bearmach options could be worst.

I was looking at those just a few days ago. It is like 39gbp plus 50gbp shipping from Paddock which kills the deal. I think the Exmoor cheap ones look better for only a few more bucks.

Ouch. 50 shipping. I wonder if anyplace else is cheaper. I've bought from island a few times recently. I'll ask for a quote. I guess it would be a huge box though, so I'm not expecting great things.

And I'll check out the exmoor stuff.

Good idea. They also are a sponsor at SCARR, so maybe if I wait a bit I could get them to bring it there.

That looks pretty fair priced too.

I won't lie, I kind of got sucked in by the 39 they are going for in England and didn't fully consider just how expensive to ship it might be.
