Charging AC in a 97

So, looks like I need to try charging my AC system.

Came across this site with some easy to use products:

http://www.id-usa.com/how_to_recharging.asp

Don't have access to Rave for a few days so can anyone confirm what the pressure should be?

Are the 97 fittings standard or Rover specific crap?

Anyone use anything else?

Just go to the auto parts store and buy the can and the nose fitting with the gauge. 25 dollars or so it is easy.

I'd rather invest in tools I'll use for a while so...

...looks like I'm getting a Robinair 13136 manifold gauge set. Made in USA, pro quality and within budget, I'm sure to get good use out of it.

Waiting to hear on the connectors and pressure...
