Catalytic Converter - Split Y-Pipe for a 1997 D90 Wagon

Need confirmation from you guys. I need a Catalytic Converter for my 1997 D90 Wagon. I like this brand and the price.

question:

1. Will this work on my truck, id rather not have any surprises?

2. Do I need anything else besides this?

It says it'll fit. We sent you the Atlantic British y pipe in your other thread, too.

I thought you didn't want to spend a ton on this fix though. Buying the whole y-pipe adds a few hundred dollars to the mix you don't need to spend, unless your y-pipe is toast. One cat is bad, a $50 part, and this replacement is almost $600.
