carb changeover

Thinking of putting carburetor on 94 d90 anyone done this what do you do about hooking up throttle cable linkage do you cut and install new end on cable or is there a kit

Carb cable has similar u shape end with pin through it. I'd try the fi cable first before spending $25 buying the carb cable.
